Week 4 Assignment 1 1. Online education has evolved over the last ten years as much as the cell phone. Given this, what have been some of the major improvements and changes in the digital classroom? The most major improvement in the online classroom would be the course software that the schools use. Because of the growing popularity of online schools I imagine that in that respect are some close agonistic companies that are trying to design their software to be the best. This allow for non only benefit the school and the instructors, but lead benefit me as a student. The most major of changes in the digital classroom would have to be the availability of online programs. 60% of brick and mortar universities are also offering online classes(Bowles, 2010). The types of degrees that are possible online have grown immensely too. Also the numbers of schools that live online education has grown. Along with these changes are the libraries that the online schools maintain. 2. Cyber bullying is a atrocious issue in todays schools and business. If we educate our kids and ourselves on how to be and treat people well, that might have an impact on other people that are victims of cyber bullying. It is a serious subject, there has been rumors that teenage kids have committed suicide, as a import from being bullied. There also have been sensational stories close to teens committing suicide as a result of cyber bullying winning place on social networks.
