My culture: I belong to one of the largest groups of people aliment in Cape Town known as the black community. The term refers to people of mixed racial origin. I was natural in Cape Town. My home language is English. My core beliefs and set are reflected in the bible. I am a saviourian and attend church on a regular basis. I was raised to first honor, love and respect our Creator. To treat exclusively people with dignity and respect. To honor, love, respect and appreciate my parents, family, friends and fellow beings. To be goal orientated, pursue a good career and swear that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I was taught having a good personality is the key to a happy and successful life.

Every year teachers are faced with the daunting task of command to a classroom of thirty
to forty individual learners, each with their own training styles, interest, abilities,
language and religion. Teachers require to embrace and welcome cultural transmutation into
their classrooms. Cultural differences among our learners can create challenges in the
classrooms but they should be viewed as opportunities to create exacting, trusting
relationships. I believe you need to educate and sensitize yourself to Cultural Diversity
in the classroom.
The first tone is to be aware of your own behaviors and motivations in successfully teaching a culturally diverse classroom. Teachers should recognize when a childs culture is valued, it can have a positive effect on his/her performance.
